These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bfnetworksou.com and any purchase from BF Networks OÜ. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our apparel is made to order. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour and fit may occur.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping is shown before you confirm your order. Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering through our payment providers.

4. Orders

A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing error, stock issues or suspected fraud, and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; our conditions are set out in Returns & Refunds.

7. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer‑protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.
