We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work at BF Networks OÜ.

1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact support@bfnetworksou.com and return the item unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

3. Made‑to‑order note

Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than the withdrawal right above or a fault, unless required by law.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item or approving your claim.
